Mission

Through yoga and mindfulness techniques, the CORE Yoga for Youth program aims to increase focus and attention, support social and emotional learning, and help children establish a deep sense of compassion towards self and others. We believe that every child has the capacity to learn these skills but not without being balanced and centered in themselves first. The CORE Yoga for Youth Program is dedicated to empowering children by teaching them about their whole self and who they are at their core. Our holistic approach helps both children and adults learn about their physical body, nervous system, brain function and most importantly, how to harness the power of the breath.
